For any sold-out styles and your personal shopping, please let us know what size and style you are looking for via messenger @paradoxactivewear or support@paradoxactivewear.com.au. 

They can source styles (or suggest alternatives!) and have your activewear delivered to your front door! 

Alternatively, sign up for VIP updates and we'll let you know when the style is available again. 

Paradox Activewear accepts Master Card, Visa, AMEX and AfterPay at www.paradoxactivewear.com.au. 

We also accept Paradox Activewear gift vouchers in AUD.

All our transactions are processed though the Shopify payment facility. To protect cardholder data Shopify complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The PCI DSS is the global data security standard that any business of any size must adhere to accept credit card payments.

The promotional code must be entered in the 'promotion code' box at the cart stage of your checkout, then click 'go'. 

If the promotion has applied it will then be visible in your updated cart total. Please note only one promotion can be entered per transaction. 

Please contact our customer care team if you have any issues on checkout and they will be able to help. 

Once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, you cannot cancel or amend your order. 

If you wish to exchange or return your order please refer to the Returns and Exchange policy.

Orders to Australian addresses are sent using Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. This can then be tracked directly with Australia Post here.

Orders with International addresses are sent via Australia Post couriers. Tracking numbers will also be provided via email.

With Paradox Activewear you can be assured we pride ourselves on high quality, well designed products and work to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 

In order to issue an exchange the following requirements must be met:

• Leggings, Sports Bra/s or Shorts must be in the original condition
• Activewear must not have been worn, washed, or altered. 
• All labels and tags have not been removed and are intact, including hygiene seal.
  

Before returning your item(s), please contact our customer care team via messenger or email support@paradoxactivewear.com.au within thirty-one (31) days of purchase.

While we would like to offer scrunch bum design with our leggings - the pattern print designs we offer don't really create a flattering look for the booty in the scrunch bum styling!

Yes, we have! 

Is the material chlorine and ocean safe? We are not sure, the manufacture hasn't given us a clear answer on this. 

However, we like our activewear a lot and have gone swimming in them - so can safely say you can swim in our activewear. 

If you do have an issue after going swimming, let us know at support@paradoxactivewear.com.au 

Our Leggings, Shorts and Sports Bras don't have pockets at the moment. 

However, we are creating a range with pockets. So, if you'd like to be the first to know when they are in stock please sign up to our VIP Email List.
